I have many goals I want to accomplish and eating healthy is one of them, also the most important (in my opinion). It's important to have goals, no matter how small or big they may be, just have them. As long as you have a goal set and you've imagined it, that's already one step closer to actually achieving the goals you've set for yourself. Just be sure not to overwhelm yourself with your goals all at once. I've noticed the past week that eating healthier has made me feel better, more energetic, and alive as apposed to when I eat junk food I feel tired, dull, and have no motivation whatsoever. I'm slowly getting the habit of eating more vegetables, which i'm not that fond of,  more fruits and overall just eating healthy. You don't always have to eat the same thing. You can have fun with it, change it up! In the near future, i'll be posting ideas and recipes you guys can make, that taste great and the most important is that they're all healthy. So keep a look out for that!
